Shipping Eligibility
We currently deliver to most pin codes across India. If you’d like to confirm whether we ship to your location, please write to us at support@esseneur.com.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
At this time, we are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you would like to send items to different addresses, we recommend placing separate orders.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide! Our international delivery network includes the US, Singapore, Dubai, Australia, and many more countries.
For international orders:

Orders under ₹15,000 → Shipping charge: ₹3000

Orders above ₹15,000 → Shipping charge: ₹2000

For other countries, shipping is charged at actuals.
Please note: Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees applicable in your country will need to be borne by you at the time of delivery.

For the US and Australia, import duties are usually not applicable.

For Europe/UK, shipments may be subject to duties or collection fees, as per local laws.

Delivery Charges (India)

Free shipping for all prepaid orders above ₹1000 within India.

A standard shipping fee of ₹95 (non-refundable) applies to orders below ₹1000.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a handling charge of ₹50 (non-refundable) is applicable.
Delivery Timelines

Domestic orders (India): Usually delivered within 3–10 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the purchase date.

International orders: Please expect delivery within 12–20 working days.
Express Delivery
We understand that sometimes you may need your outfit urgently for a special occasion 💌. In such cases, we offer 48-hour express shipping (subject to availability).

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
